Hudson
This is the Hudson on display at the RAF Museum in Hendon.
It does have some unusual detail differences than the 'standard'
Hudson. According to Roger Lambert from 'down under', "Just
a word of caution re: Hendon's Hudson. This airframe is ex-RAAF
A16-199. It had a fairly checkered civilian career between 1947
and 1981 when it was purchased by the RAF Museum from the Strathallan
Collection, Scotland. While the aircraft is displayed as A16-199,
it is still (to the best of my knowledge) configured as a survey
aircraft from its days with Adastra Aerial Surveys as VH-AGJ.
As such, the nose glazing is non-standard. Otherwise, the walk
around shots will be very handy for those modelling CA's Hudsons."
