Here is an interesting release from Decals by AMtech. This
set covers two P-51D Mustangs from the 332 Fighter Group - the
red-tailed Mustangs of the Tuskegee Airmen. This set will work
well with either the Trumpeter, Bandai or Airfix 1/24 P-51D
Mustang kits. The two aircraft covered in this release are:
- P-51D-15-NA, 100 FS/332 FG, 'Duchess Arelene' as flown by
1Lt Robert W. Williams, 31 Mar 45
- P-51D, 301 FS/332 FG, 'Creamer's Dream' as flown by 1Lt Charles
White, 1 Apr 45
These decals are printed by Three Guys Replicas (TGR). The printing is
perfectly in register. The instructions providing excellent color
references as well as decal placement information.
Definitely recommended if you can find them!
