Tu-160 Blackjack Maintenance Stencils

Begemot Decals is an interesting decal company from Rostov-on-Don, Russia that offers a nice array of markings for Russian-built aircraft. In this release, they've hit the motherlode, a decal set just in time for the Trumpeter 1/72 Tu-160 Blackjack .

This set addresses the VAST number of maintenance stencils that are on the aircraft. The decal stenciling comes on two decal sheets, plus four pages of clearly printed diagrams illustrating the proper placement for each and every stencil. If you're looking to bring some additional realism to your project, this is what's missing.

The decal set also provides stenciling for each of the 24 Kh-15 cruise missiles that sit on the two rotary lauchers in the forward and aft weapons bays.

This set will definitely bring out of the detail of your Trumpeter Blackjack and will compliment the kit decals nicely. However, if you don't want to recreate one of the same two Tu-160s represented in the kit, then you also need to look at set 72022 that provides for 15 other aircraft.
