CAM Decals has changed owners, and the decal line is not only
intact, it continues to expand. They were present at the 2006 IPMS
National Convention to showcase their latest releases.
In this release, CAM Decals has reproduced a magnificent commemorative
JASDF F-4EJ paint scheme for the Hasegawa kit. The aircraft in
question is F-4EJ 07-8434 of the 301st Squadron, 5th Air Wing as
it appeared for the 20th Anniversary of the 301st in 1994.
Your only mission is to paint the aircraft overall white, paint
the tail, radome, anti-glare panel, and part of the external tanks
black, and the engine nozzles and exhuast paths burnt metal. The
decals take care of the rest of the job.
This set is presented on two decal sheets and even provides three
color blocks to serve as 'touch-up' patches in case there are problems
in your decal lay-down - nice touch!

The JASDF have come up with some interesting paint schemes, but
this one definitely catches my eye. Now to see if I have an EJ
in my stash somewhere...
This set is definitely recommended for the Phantom phan!
