The folks at Meteor Productions continue to turn out great aftermarket
decals with some of the best instructions/color profiles on the market.
This set covers one Hawk 81A-2 (P-40B) aircraft flown by the
American Volunteer Group in China against the Japanese invasion of the
mainland, and a P-40C of the USAAC.
Markings are provided for two schemes:
- Hawk 81A-2, P-8133, 49, 3rd PS, AVG, China, 1942, as flown by Tommy Haywood
- P-40CU, 35 PS/8 PG, 8P54, Mitchell Field 1941
A set of national and distinctive markings are also included for
both aircraft.
Highly recommended!
My sincere thanks to Meteor Productions for this review sample!
