The folks at Meteor Productions continue to turn out great aftermarket
decals with some of the best instructions/color profiles on the market.
This set covers provides the markings to represent the complex patterns
formed by the protective heat shielding tiles placed across major ares
of the shuttle.
These sets address a major compromise that most Shuttle modelers have
been forced to make in the past - replicating the tile patterns on the
vehicle. Most of us simply paint on the base colors and call it good enough.
Cutting Edge has provided an outstanding set of decals that almost completely
cover the model. The set is printed on three sheets
as well, but sheets two and three actually make up the equivalent of one
half of the 8.5 x 11 sheet (makes sense - half the scale, half the decal
area required...). Kudos to Cutting Edge for these!
