In this latest release from Cutting Edge, we have a colorful mix
of 357th Fighter Group P-51 Mustangs to choose from. The group
was nicknamed the 'Yoxford Boys' despite the fact that they weren't
based at Yoxford. For more about this group's history, click
here.
This decal set provides markings for four aircraft:
- P-51D-20-NA, 44-14849, 362 FS/357 FG, G4-D, 'Gash-Hound'
- P-51B-5-NA, 43-6974, 364 FS/357 FG, C5-K, 'Mr. Period'
- P-51D-5-NA, 44-13578, 364 FS/357 FG, C5-Z, 'Lil Angel'
- P-51D-20-NA, 44-63168, 363 FS/357 FG, B6-C, 'Mountaineer'
This set will certainly provide some interesting options
for your Accurate Miniatures P-51B or Tamiya P-51D kits, especially
if you're intimidated by bare metal subjects.
