Here are some colorful B-17s just released in the Cutting
Edge line. These represent late 1943/early 1944 aircraft that
still wear camouflage.
Note that both of these aircraft are
camouflaged and equipped with chin turrets, only one is a B-17G,
the other is a late model B-17F.
This decal set provides markings for two aircraft:
- B-17G-10-DL, 42-37736, DF-G, 324 BS/91 BG, 'Duke Paducah'
- B-17F-75- DL, 42-3555, N, 560 BS/388 BG, 'Tiger Girl',
Fall 1943
This set will certainly provide some interesting options
for your Revell or Monogram kits, especially if you're intimidated
by bare metal subjects.
Definitely recommended!
My sincere thanks to Meteor
Productions for this review sample!
