The folks at Meteor Productions continue to turn out great aftermarket
decals with some of the best instructions/color profiles on the market.
This set covers all of the paint schemes used by the three Bell X-1
research aircraft.
Markings are provided for eight schemes:
- X-1 6062 prior to first Mach flight (orange)
- X-1 6062 for Yeager's Mach 1 flight (orange)
- X-1 6062 used for 'Jet Pilot' movie (orange and white)
- X-1 6063 (orange)
- X-1 6063 (white w/NACA shield)
- X-1 6063 (white w/NACA wings)
- X-1 6064
A full set of maintenance stencils are also included for one aircraft.
