First Look

Delta One is a new company (to me at least) producing an interesting range of subjects. In this release, we have a set of generic Bort (board) numbers for large aircraft in 1/72 scale such as the Roden An-12 or any of Amodels' A-Monsters. These are the two digit numbers found on the nose of Soviet/Russian military aircraft or 3-4 digit numbers found on (former) Warsaw Pact military aircraft. While purposed for the 1/72 heavy metal, these decals are also suitable for 1/32 fighters as well.

Generic Bort Numbers

The nice thing about generic sets like these is that they can fill a wide range of uses where the this style of numeric font is appropriate including science fiction subject such as Maschinen Krieger (Ma.K) 1/20 vehicles. As of the date of this first look, Delta One's website is not yet online but you can contact them via email at Delta1decal@gmail.com for pricing and ordering information.

My sincere thanks to Delta One for this review sample!
