Lifelike Decals from Japan turns out some colorful and nicely
printed subjects. This time they've done part two of a nice
series of markings for Hasegawa's magnificent 1/32 scale Ki-61
Hien (Tony) kit.
This decal set provides markings for four aircraft:
- Ki-61 Type 1 Hei, 15, 244th Sentai, Chofu AB, 1945, as
flown by Corporal Seiichi Suzuki
- Ki-61 Type 1 Tei, #5262, 244th Sentai, Chofu AB, 1945,
as flown by Capt Teruhiko Kobayashi
- Ki-61 Type 1 Tei, #4424, 244th Sentai, Chofu AB, 1945,
as flown by Capt Teruhiko Kobayashi
- Ki-61 Type 1 Otsu, #57, Shinten Seiku-tai, Chofu AB, 1945,
as flown by Corporal Matsumi Nakano

The color profiles inside provide left profiles of their subjects
and detailed notes regarding the history and markings of each
subject.
As you can see in the decal image, this set comes complete
with a full set of national markings and distinctive unit markings.
If you're looking for a colorful alternative that isn't from
the mainstream Superscale/Eagle Strike/Aeromaster line-up,
here is a nice way to be different!
This set is definitely recommended! You can purchase these
decals through FlightDecs or
directly from Lifelike
Decals.
My sincere thanks to Lifelike
