Here's a new decal line worth noting. How many times have
you seen an interesting test aircraft to model but it was going
to be a major pain to replicate all of those photo reference
markings? I've seen some models soldier on without them, but
these test birds look far more authentic will all of their
markings, even these strange photo reference marks.
Spares Box Decals have stepped up with this new release and
it is a simple affair - they provide four different styles
of photo reference marks in seven different sizes - 3,4,5,6,7.5,9,10.5
& 12mm. Four sets of each are included on the sheet
These markings are fairly universal - you'll see these on
US, UK, French, Soviet, and many other flight test aircraft
from around the world. You'll want to stash a few sets of these
away for future use as well. If you're looking for the round
type, Spares Box Decals produces these as well (look
here).
This set is definitely recommended!
