Mirage 2000 NATO Tiger Meet 2004

Rarely has anyone turned out a decal sheet that would be so interesting that I'd have to buy a model to apply them to. Such is the case with the latest from TwoBobs, the 2004 NATO Tigermeet entry from France applied to the Mirage 2000. What's unique is that the tiger face is stylized across the upper wings and fuselage. What's more, the whole scheme is still subdued with variations in gray for the markings.

According to the instructions, the decals were fitted on the Italeri 1/48 Mirage 2000, but should work with the Revell, Heller or ESCI kits as well. The instructions have a nice photo walk around of the Mirage 2000 in question. Due to the size of the decals in this set and the need to mix most of the colors used on the Mirage as they are not available straight from the bottle, I marked the skill level for this application as Intermediate, though this should be doable for most modelers by simply taking your time.

The printing is perfectly in register. The instructions are printed double-sided in color, providing excellent color scheme as well as decal placement information. Highly recommended!
