TwoBobs has taken on another great color scheme - the VF-103
Final Tomcat Cruise. This set provides markings for F-14B BuNo
163217 (AA/103) as it appeared at NAS Oceana in June 2004 prior
to embarking on the USS John F. Kennedy for the squadron's
last cruise with the Tomcat. When they returned to NAS Oceana
later in 2004, VF-103 began the transition to VFA-103 as they
started conversion training into the two-seat F/A-18F Super
Hornet.
The second aircraft profile covers the same aircraft (BuNo
163217) a year later as it appeared in June 2005 about the
time VFA-103 was safety cleared for Super Hornet operations.
The transition from F-14B to F/A-18F is just about complete
and closes out another chapter in the Jolly Roger's and Tomcat's
histories.
In addition to the not-so-low-viz markings used on the aircraft,
this decal set also provides the more visible maintenance and
warning stencils, slime lights, and intake walkways.
The printing is perfectly in register. The instructions are
printed double-sided in color, providing excellent color scheme
as well as decal placement information.
This set was originally released a few years ago and had sold
out in record time. TwoBobs promised that they would re-release
this sheet if the demand was there, and here it is! Get 'em
before they're gone for good this time.

My sincere thanks to TwoBobs
