TwoBobs has continued their coverage of the Super Hornet with
these two examples from VFA-2. Those of us who've been around a
while remember when VF-2, together with VF-1, brought the F-14
Tomcat into the fleet. Now VF-2 has become VFA-2 as they transitioned
into the F/A-18F.
The aircraft in question are SuperBugs 165916 (Modex 100) and
165925 (Modex 111). In the standard TwoBobs tradition, this set
provides the colorful CAG and a 'working' aircraft. The markings
are provided on two sheets, one carrying the distinctive markings
for both aircraft as well as the national markings. The second
sheet contains the more visible maintenance stencils.
The instructions are
printed double-sided in color, providing excellent color scheme
as well as decal placement information.
These markings are just in time for the Hasegawa F/A-18F, and
they should work fine with the Italeri and the (future) Revell-Monogram
Super Hornets as well. Definitely recommended.

My sincere thanks to TwoBobs
Aviation Graphics for this review sample!
