JAS-39A/C Colorful Gripens

TwoBobs has has returned with the an interesting subject that you don't see often on decals - the JAS-39 Gripen. You'll recall the really cool decals released for the Saab Viggens (reviewed here). Now that Italeri and Best Choice (an updated Italeri kit) have put the Gripen on the shelf, we also have three nice commemorative schemes from the Swedish Air Force.

The aircraft covered in this set are:

• JAS-39A, 39176, 80th Anniversary of the Swedish Air Force
• JAS-39A, 39132, 60th Anniversary of wing F17
• JAS-39C, 39210, First JAS-39C/D to exceed 500 flight hours

The scanned images don't do this decal sheet justice. The gold '60' on the tail of 132 is GOLD and is a real eye-catcher. The 80th anniversary logo on 176 is a three-part decal to recreate the artwork. Twobobs provides the markings and stencils to do all three aircraft. Nice!
