TwoBobs has has returned with US Navy F-16 aggressors. These
aren't more F-16N and TF-16N schemes, these are Block 15 Vipers
that were originally destined for the Pakistani Air Force before
an embargo put them into storage at AMARC. When the US Navy
needed high-performance aggressor aircraft to replace their
weary F-16N airframes, these late-production Block 15 airframes
were given the job.
The aircraft covered in this set are:
- F-16B-15-CF, 92-0461, Bort 07, NSAWC, NAS Fallon, NV
- F-16B-15-CF, 92-0458, Bort 04, NSAWC, NAS Fallon, NV
- F-16A-15-CF, 90-0947, Bort 56, NSAWC, NAS Fallon, NV
- F-16A-15-CF, 92-0406, Bort 52, NSAWC, NAS Fallon, NV
These aircraft are assigned to the US Navy's Naval Strike
and Air Warfare Center at NAS Fallon where air wings deploy
for work-ups prior to heading out to sea. These Vipers provide
the adversary element to keep aircrews on top of the latest
tactics and issues they might face during their cruise.
This set is highly recommended!
