Here is an interesting decal sheet for your AMT 1/48 A-20G from Three Guys Replicas (TGR). This set covers four WW2 examples - two Pacific Theater and two European Theater:

The instructions include some nice backround and color information, including top and side profiles. The decal printing is perfectly in register.
