Yellow-Wings Decals has released another colorful utility decal sheet, this time for the recent Accurate Miniatures 1/48 SB2U-1 and SB2U-2 kits. This sheet provides the fuselage bands and wing chevrons for all six sections of any selected squadron.

In addition, this set also provides the squadron markings for Bombing Two (VB-2), Bombing Three (VB-3 and star of the movie 'Dive Bomber'), Bombing Four (VB-4) and Scouting 72 (VS-72). The sheet also includes the stripes on the vertical stabilizer that 'paddles' uses to eyeball the attitude of the aircraft as it approaches the flight deck during landing 'traps', as well as a nice set of pre-war propeller tip warning stripes.

The set also includes several profiles and documentation to help you replicate the proper placement of aircraft's markings to render an accurate model.

Yellow-Wings Decals can be purchased directly from their website at www.yellow-wingsdecals.com.

My sincere thanks to Yellow-Wings Decals for this review sample!
