Do you have the ESCI or Italeri 1/48 scale Henschel Hs 123 kit
on your shelf, or perhaps want to get one but didn't want to deal
with the barren cockpit? Your worries are over.
AMtech has released a detail set that converts the landing gear
on the stock aircraft into the unspatted version, then adds a
Black Box cockpit to boot. The cockpit is abolutely beautiful
(see photo below) filling in all of the areas inside the fuselage
that would be visible from outside the cockpit. Look at the detailing
and shape of the sideewalls that curve around to also make up
the floor.
A beautifully detailed pilot's seat, rudder pedals, joystick,
instrument panel, and forward and rear bulkheads round out the
set.
