Cobra Company has released, or perhaps re-release
is more accurate, the High Flight 1/48 scale F100 engine nozzle
for Pratt-powered F-16s. This set will work with all F-16A/B
kits in 1/48 as well as Block 25/30/32/42/52 F-16C/D kits.
This is one of the simplest resin sets I can recall every
using - simply file the back off of the nozzle casting, paint
the nozzle and afterburner chamber, glue the nozzle to the
chamber, and replace the corresponding parts in the Hasegawa
F-16 kits. These can be adapted to work with virtually any
1/48 Pratt-powered F-16 kit on the market.
