MAW-Decals continues its love affair with the F/A-18 Hornet
in this latest release. This set provides the Hasegawa F/A-18A/B/C/D
kits with replacement exhaust nozzles that have FOD covers
in place, as well as plugs for the engine intakes to replicate
the FOD covers there as well.
Molded in white resin, this set consists of four resin parts
that are drop-in fits for the Hasegawa kit. These may work
with other 1/48 scale Hornets (not Super Hornets) but you're
on your own to adapt these for non-Hasegawa applications. What's
more, this is a very reasonably-priced update at under $6 USD,
so you can configure all of your Hornets inexpensively.
This set is definitely recommended!
