White Ensign Models continues to turn out some very interesting
detail sets in their 1/350 scale range. In this increment, they
are detailing up the Trumpeter aircraft set that contains ten
Curtiss SB2C Helldivers. These aircraft sets from Trumpeter are
designed to expand the aircraft composition for their own 1/350
WW2 aircraft carriers that include the Lexington, Hornet and Essex.
This detail set provides each of the ten Trumpeter Helldivers with:
- Main landing gear doors
- Propeller
- Pitot tube
- Tailwheel
- Tailhook
- Antenna mast
These photo-etched parts will provide an additional level of detail and
fidelity to your aircraft carrier's airwing. But if this still isn't
enough detail for you, check out their photo-etched cockpit interior
set for the Helldiver!
