White Ensign Models has stepped up to the challenge of dressing
up the beautiful Revell 1/72 Gato-Class submarine. This set
provides options that will provide a distinctive fitting to
some Gato-Class boats - these where the propeller guards that
were mounted saddle-style to the rear of the hull.
If you remember your WWII submarine movies, these are the
guards that were keeping the cables that tethered Japanese
mines from getting tangled up in the propeller or stern planes.
This set provides the guards, the stern saddle mounting, and
support frames.
