Warriors is one of the product lines that come from the
creative minds of VLS. They've produced a wide range of resin
military figures that feature great detail and simple construction.
Here is another release of interest. Click on the photo to see
an enlarged view.
In this set, we have the first of a two part set of US Marine
Corps soldiers from Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). These figures
are highly detailed and represent the equipment and gear used
by contemporary US military personnel. Note the kneepads that
are now a necessity for urban combat. While these soldiers
are wearing them over their BDUs, the next generation of US
combat uniforms will have internal pockets for kneepads.
Both figures are standing and in a firing pose. These will
look good in a vignette with an M1025 HMMWV.
My sincere thanks to VLS for this review sample!
