Dataview Publishing has been unearthing some very interesting publications for re-print. In this release, they've found the maintenance manual for the M7 Priest. This manual has a number of good images and diagrams illustrating the proper care and feeding of this self-propelled artillery piece, and there is even a section outlining different methods of destroying the gun and/or vehicle to keep it from falling into enemy hands.
Dataview evidently scanned a hardcopy original of this manual into Adobe Acrobat PDF format. The one annoyance is that none of the pages are of a uniform size, so as you browse through the manual, you'll see that either the scanning software or operator only scanned the portion of the page with content, rendering the manual a little disjointed when reviewing the content from the computer. If you print the manual, everything should be fine.
If you have the Italeri kit stashed away and have postponed building this without some suitable detail images, your wait is over. While the images are not so comprehensive as to allow for superdetailing the entire model, it does provide some useful information that will help you with selected areas of the vehicle.
