3D-Kits.co.uk produces an interesting series of decals and conversions for 1/72 and 1/48 scale aircraft. This set provides markings for four Spitfire Mk.II, also released in 1/144, 1/72, and 1/32 scale.
This set provides markings for four examples:
- Spitfire Mk.II, P7240, 19 Sqn, Sep 1940
- Spitfire Mk.II, P7531, 421 Flt, L-Z-I, Nov 1940
- Spitfire Mk.IIb, P8332, 222 Sqn, ZD-L, Jun 1941
- Spitfire Mk.IIa, P7926, Empire Central Flying School, 3, 1942
The decals are nicely printed by Fantasy Printshop with the only down side being that the roundels are printed as two-layer decals with you getting the opportunity to center the red do
This release will provide you with some interesting options for your next early Spitfire project. You can obtain 3D-Kits.co.uk conversions directly from the 3D-Kits.co.uk website.
My sincere thanks to 3D-Kits.co.uk for this review sample!
