First Look
Begemot Decals is an interesting decal company from Rostov-on-Don, Russia that offers a nice array of markings for Soviet and Russian aircraft. In this release, Begemot provides a selecton of Yak-130 paint schemes, just in time for the Zvezda kit. Let's take a look:
This set provides 24 markings options including:
- Yakovlev OKB prototypes/demonstrators
- Russian Air Force
- Algerian Air Force
- Bangladesh Air Force
- Myanmar Air Force
This set also inlcudes an extensive set of airframe stencils as well as weapons stencils as this is an armed trainer that is combat capable and a low-cost combat aircraft for smaller air arms. This set consists of two larger sheets of decals plus a third, smaller, supplement.
