First Look
Here is the latest release from Caracal Models, this time to provide some interesting options for your favorite 1/72 F-101B kit. The aircraft presented in this set include:
- F-101B, 58-0306, 132 FIS, ME ANG
- F-101B, 58-0339, 123 FIS, OR ANG
- F-101B, 57-0300, 116 FIS, WA ANG
The markings are nicely printed (of course, they're from Cartograf) and provide basic airframe stenciling and walkways for one example in addition to the three sets of distinctive markings. The decals are all single-layer - none of them require you to stack one decal atop another to recreate complex art as with some other decal manufacturers.
