First Look

Here's a recent release from Fineline in their Spares Box Decals line - generic letters and numbers sized for most 1/72 scale applications. The font here is Helvetica and these characters are 4.2 and 6.4mm high, which scale out to 12" and 18" letters and numbers in 1/72 scale.

These decals are standard waterslide decals rather than Alps-printed, so the registry on these characters are sharp and usable in many applications.

If you're doing a custom color scheme and there just aren't pre-printed markings for the job, it is great to have a supply of generic letters and numbers in your spares box!
