First Look
Starfighter Decals has released this interesting set of P-26A Peashooters in 1/32 scale perfect for the Hasegawa kit. These markings provide a nice look at the colorful paint schemes worn by these early US Army Air Corps monoplane fighters.
This decal set provides markings for two aircraft:
- P-26A, 33-123, 94 PS, Selfridge Field, MI
- P-26A, 33-2, 19 PS, Wheeler Field, HI
This sheet provides sufficient stencils and national markings for one aircraft. The color printing of these decals are quite nice right down to the gold bands.
The instructions are in color and will also help identify some of the subtle color and detail variations for each of these subjects.
You can purchase these decals directly from Starfighter Decals on their website.
My sincere thanks to Starfighter Decals for this review sample!
