First Look

Syh@art Decals is an interesting aftermarket decal producer from France that specializes in those special paint schemes worn by NATO aircraft for Tiger Meet, Anniversary, or special Airshow duties. Most of their decal line is produced in 1/48 and 1/72 scale with selected subjects in 1/32 scale also covered.

In this release, we have a superset of airframe stenciling for the Belgian Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcons. This set provides the marking variations for the early Block 1-10 F-16A/B, Block 15 F-16A/B, and the MLU F-16AM and F-16BM. The instructions provide the detail differences in antennas, missile rails, and other details so you're building an appropriate variant. In addition to the stenciling, the decals provide the appropriate markings for aircraft of the 2nd Wing based at Florennes AB (tailcode FS). As a bonus, this set provides the national markings for the Royal Netherlands AF (but no unit markings). Since most of the markings are in English and are similar (if not identical) to the standard USAF F-16 stencils, you can also use this set for the stenciling on USAF F-16A/B/C/D variants (check your references).

This is a very handy airframe stenciling set which will be useful for your favorite Viper kit in 1/32 scale. Definitely recommended!
