Subject LWS Late Production Track Links Scale 1/35

Skill Level Intermediate MSRP (USD) $29.98

First Look

Bronco Models produced a nice pair of Land-Wasser-Schlepper (LWS) kits, one representing the mid-production version and the other the late production configuration. The LWS was essentially an amphibious tug boat.

LWS Late Production Track Links

When Hobby Boss released their competing kit of the LWS, they provided the track in a vinyl one-piece 'rubber band' style which was okay for some modelers, but others prefered the details and realism of the individual track links as provided in the Bronco kits.

Bronco Models to the rescue! For those of you who've purchased the Hobby Boss LWS, Bronco Models has released their track links as a separate detail set with 268 links - enough for two complete track sets and 12 spare links.

This set will definitely dress up your Hobby Boss kit and these links provide the detail that can't be captured in vinyl one-piece tracks.

My sincere thanks to Stevens International for this review sample!
