First Look
North Star Models is an interesting hobby company based in Russia that produces a wide range of aftermarket details and accessories. This set replaces virtually the entire interior of the Great Wall Hobbies 1/48 Fw 189A kit. While the stock kit's cockpit is nice straight out of the box, this set provides finer details in resin and photo-etch that transform the kit to a show-stopper.
Look at those finely cast resin parts - the interior walls alone are very nicely done. This set provides a complete make-over of the cockpit interior starting with the pilot's station and running aft to the reconnaissance camera and the dorsal and rear gunner's stations.
This set will work with any of the Great Wall Hobbies' Fw 189A releases and provide your model with an excellent upgrade. Definitely recommended!
