First Look
Pavla produces an interesting line of detail sets for a variety of subjects, each one designed to enhance a particular aspect of a given kit. In this set, Pavla offers a major update to the HobbyBoss 1/72 Westland Lynx HAS.2 kit.
This set essentially replaces the kit interior with a new cabin floor, ceiling with overhead console, instrument panel, flight controls, crew seats, and even a rescue winch. While I haven't seen the stock kit, this set provides a very nicely detailed interior with lots of crisply molded details just waiting for a good paint job and some dry-brushing to get them to stand out.
This is a very nice interior detail set for the HobbyBoss kit and given the various other enhancements Pavla has released for this kit including new rotor blades, I'd say that aside from the airframe and clear parts, you won't need much of anything else out of the stock kit and you should have a seriously detailed Lynx when you're finished!
