First Look
Platz Hobby produces a wide range of kits, decals, and detail sets for the hobby market and are wanting to make their presence better known outside the Japanese market. You might want to take note as if this is an example of their work, you're going to want to procure some of these various products of interest.
In this release, we have a very nice color photo-etch detail set for the cockpit of the 1/72 Hasegawa T-2 trainer. This set provides a set of two-layer instrument panels - the first is an overlay with placards and instrument face openings that sits atop a second panel with the instrument faces printed on it. These are accompanied by color photo-etched side consoles, seatbelts and shoulder harnesses. In short, you'll have plenty to see inside that big canopy!
In addition, this set provides rudder pedals, canopy frame details, and a variety of small details around the kit to really dress this nice kit up.
