First Look
Resin 2 Detail has released a beautiful set of resin wheels for the 1/48 KP/Eduard Su-25 Frogfoot kit. This set is cast in gray resin and features some excellent detail and casting technology. Look at the image below and you can see the wide (finally!) main gear wheels with separately cast wheel hubs. The nose wheel is similarly cast with separate hubs and one of the most impressive resin castings I've seen to date. Look at that water spray shield with all of those nice details. The part is literally paper thin and will look nice on the nose gear.
If you're planning to build an Su-25 Frogfoot, this is an easy upgrade to the kit and will provide some beautiful details for the landing gear. This set can be purchased in 1/48 scale directly from the manufacturer here: resin2detail.com.
