Scale Aircraft Conversions (SAC) produces an impressive array of white metal replacement landing gear for a variety of models. Some of these sets correct different issues that appeared in production kits, while others are simple common sense replacements to have stronger landing gear on your model.
This release is targeted for the Hobbyboss 1/48 Me 262A-1a/U4 kit. This set provides replacement main gear struts, retraction arms and that long nose gear strut with its retraction arm. This set is a drop-in replacement for the Hobbyboss kit landing gear and you'll have a stronger alternative to hold up that model. The Me 262 has a long and delicate nose gear, but this set is for the unique variant with the 50mm cannon in the nose which required a different retraction design for the nose gear.
