Scale Aircraft Conversions (SAC) produces an impressive array of white metal replacement landing gear for a variety of models. Some of these sets correct different issues that appeared in production kits, while others are simple common sense replacements to have stronger landing gear on your model.
This release is targeted for the Italeri 1/48 U-2 kits. This set provides replacement fore and aft gear struts, landing light frame, and the outrigger struts. This set is a drop-in replacement for the Italeri kit landing gear and you'll have a stronger alternative to hold up that model. This kit will work with any of the Italeri 1/48 U-2R, U-2S, TR-1 releases as well as the Testors boxings of the Italeri kits as well.
