First Look

Here's an interesting set from True Details, this is four sets of 16 (64) couplers and connectors scaled at 1/32 or 1/35. What good are these you ask? If you're modeling modern jet aircraft for example, many of the engines have (relatively) quick release couplers on their fuel and hydraulic lines as well as cannon plugs (connectors) on their wiring harnesses. If you've wandered inside a modern combat vehicle, all of the radios have cannon plugs that interface the vehicle wiring to the connectors on the mounting tray and/or on the radio or computer itself. These are sometimes overlooked details that can help a model stand out. Rather than produce these from scratch, here is a nice variety from True Details that can be put to work in your next project.

Couplings and Connectors Set

If you look closely, there are connectors and couplers of various sizes which you can use to simulate the inline couplers/connectors or the end-point types with a little tweaking. Since these are anodized in different colors depending on their use, these will also provide some additional visual fidelity in that project. You'll want to stock up on these items and really have some fun!

My sincere thanks to Squadron Mail Order for this review sample!
