I can now officially confirm that the folks at Squadron/MMD have gone nuts. Well nuts and bolts actually. Here is the latest of a new series of parts in their True Details line - Nuts and Bolts 2.5mm. This set is 'scaled' at 1/35 but you know these can be used in variety of scales depending on the size of the bolts your subject is using. This set has 84 parts in a nicely laid out selection.
If you look closely, there are bolt heads of different types, there are corresponding bolts with nuts for the other side, and there are even extra nuts. If you're detailing a 1/35 armored vehicle, 1/24 car, or even a 1/32 aircraft, these nuts and bolts can help add those missing details to your model. Are these the wrong size? - there are other sizes available in this series and these are the types of details that you want to have stashed away for those special projects.
