First Look
White Ensign Models continues to turn out some very interesting detail sets in their 1/350 scale range. In this increment, they are detailing up the Trumpeter aircraft set that contains ten Grumman F6F Hellcats. These aircraft sets from Trumpeter are designed to expand the aircraft composition for their own 1/350 WW2 aircraft carriers that include the Lexington, Hornet and Essex.
This detail set provides each of the ten Trumpeter Hellcats with:
- Main landing gear doors
- Propeller
- Tailwheel
