First Look
Here is a new figure set released by MiniArt which provides six figures that will make up a nice vignette straight out of the box . The figures include five German Wehrmacht tankers on leave and one with his date (a pig). Yes, there are a variety of interesting inter-service jokes that come to mind but we'll pass on that 'opportunity'. The kit is molded in light gray styrene and presented on two parts trees.
These figures can be used together or individually though they can also be combined with other sets to tell a story. Interesting that this set of tankers on leave are released at the same time as the Tram Crew and Passengers which would provide an interesting mix for a diorama.
MiniArt continues to produce an interesting range of figures to work with their kits as well as their diorama bases. This set it nice in that it tells a more relaxed story.
