First Look
ResKit from Ukraine produces a nice array of resin detail sets for a variety of popular subjects and scales. This is their first 1/48 scale figure kit, which depicts a Bf 109 pilot seated in the cockpit and a ground crewman standing. This set does not include a cockpit nor aircraft kit.
The figures are molded in gray resin and are sculpted nicely. The seated pilot figure consists of torso, two hands, two boots, and helmeted head. The crewman consists of torso, left arm, two hands, and head. These figures are engineered to work with any 1/48 Bf 109 kit, though you may need to make minor adjustments for the inevitable variations of dimensions in the multitude of 1/48 Bf 109 kits on the market.
What's nice about a set like this is that you can place your Bf 109 on a suitable base, and with the pilot figure seated in the cockpit and the crewman holding the wing as if waiting for the order to remove the wheel chocks, you can bring an element of life into your project.
