First Look
Furball Aero-Design produces a nice variety of aftermarket decal sets, and now they've addressed another useful area - paint masks. Here is one of their first releases, a mask set for the Trumpeter 1/48 A-3 (A3D) Skywarrior series. This set provides paint masks that are die-cut from black vinyl to tackle the complex cockpit enclosure on any of the Trumpeter Skywarror releases as well as a set of wheel hub masks.
I've been wanting to tackle the A-3 kit but one of the daunting tasks for me is the pain of masking up that clear enclosure. This set will definitely speed up that process and we'll be giving these a try soon.
