First Look
Here is a handy tool from UMM-USA. Billed as a 3D Scriber, this tool differs from another scriber also offered by UMM-USA ( look here) by having a thicker handle to hold onto the tool and the ability to replace the cutting blade.
The tool is a simple aluminum handle with a double-ended cutting blade clamped to one end. Simply pull the blade along the surface that you either want to cut or scribe and the design makes it easy to negotiate around round fuselages, compound curves, etc.
This tool is elegant in its simplicity and brilliant in its ability to replace blades so you're not throwing away or trying to re-sharpen older one-piece tools.
